Recently completed in Bath County we have a 9000 sq. ft Timber Frame home located along the Cow Pasture River on a Farm of 400 acres. Very scenic setting overlooking pastures and the river with a backdrop of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

This custom designed home is a true timber frame with mortise and tenon joinery with oak peg fasteners securing the joints, dove tailing and curved bracings. The exterior walls are of a wrap and strap design, and the roof system is of Structural Insulated Panels (S I P) both carrying a very energy efficient insulating R value. The timbers are of Douglas Fir from the west coast and the wall and roof sheathing being exposed to the interior is of white pine.

Interior design features include a massive stone fireplace, Heart pine flooring and cabinets, granite counter tops, vaulted ceilings, Kohler plumbing fixtures, Anderson windows and doors plus much more.
