New Office Condominiums completed in Lexington Virginia and Forest Va.. These new offices are being purchased by professionals in many fields from doctors, realtors, certified public accountants, to wealth management firms. Several offices are available in our buildings and we have three buildings proposed in Forest which will have similar offices or custom designed office space.

The offices range in size based upon client needs. The basic units are 644 sq. ft. and can be custom designed. Many of our clients are now finding the benefit of ownership is far greater than leasing.
